Great service as well as value
Ruined my state farm account. Most other reviews are done by family or employees of this company. When my state farm account was transferred to the local agent they got my address wrong. So my bills and cancellation notice were sent to the wrong address. In the most of my auto insurance being cancelled they tried selling me life insurance, no mention of my insurance being cancelled. A month later I received a registration suspension letter from PA. This was the first I knew my insurance was cancelled. When I spoke to Dave about writing me a letter that he sent my mail to the wrong address, he would not. And dave said I moved which was not the case. I ended up getting the letter from corporate state farm instead. I would not recommend this particular agent for any insurance needs.
Dave gives advice that puts the client before his own bottom line! Feels less like a business relationship and more like a friendship! Highly recommend!
